Can I upgrade my plan after joining?

Yes. You can upgrade from Chimney Pro to Semi-Pro Pack or Pro Pack at any time. Your verification status carries over — you don’t need to reapply or go through the credential review again.

What happens if my application is declined?

We will send you a specific email explaining what documentation was missing or what failed the review. You are not blacklisted — you can reapply once you’ve addressed the issue. Our goal is to help legitimate companies get verified, not to create unnecessary barriers.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

The Chimney Pro plan is month-to-month after the setup fee — no long-term contract. Semi-Pro and Pro Pack pricing and terms are confirmed at the time of application.

What if I’m already listed in other directories?

That doesn’t affect your ability to join or your verification status here. Many companies maintain multiple listings. What distinguishes ours is the verification — no other general directory conducts the same level of manual credential review that we do.
